We’ve published our first sustainability report, a look back at 2025 in Mexico, Colombia and Spain that shows our commitment to people, the planet and ethics. We prepared it following the international GRI and SASB standards. It’s our way of showing how we work. That’s who we are at Convertia.

For our people

67% of leadership roles reporting directly to the CEO are held by women.

There are more than 660 of us, and we want everyone on the team to find a place to grow here. We work toward equality: almost half of our team are women, and they hold most of the leadership roles reporting directly to the CEO. We’re also enriched by diversity of backgrounds, with colleagues from other countries.

First job for young people

Half of our team is between 18 and 25, and for many of them Convertia is their first professional experience. That’s why we open the door through internship programs, with SENA (Colombia’s National Learning Service) in Colombia and a partnership with Universidad Insurgentes in Mexico.

Wellbeing and development

We look after the day-to-day with cultural and wellbeing activities, training such as Level Up with Platzi, 360° performance reviews and parental leave, and we come together every month at our All Hands sessions. In Colombia, we also have an occupational health and safety system, and we deliver far more training than the target we had set.

For the planet

88% of our carbon footprint, 566.54 tCO₂e in total, comes from outside the office: commuting, business travel and remote work.

For the first time, we’ve measured our energy and water consumption, the waste we generate and our carbon footprint in a structured way. Since we work mostly with digital media, the waste we generate most is electrical and electronic equipment.

Carbon footprint

We calculated it using the GHG Protocol methodology. Most of it comes from indirect emissions (known as Scope 3): how the team commutes, business travel and remote work. The rest is the electricity used in our facilities. With this data, we better understand how we work and what weighs most on our impact.

For ethics and transparency

In 2025 we received 2 complaints: both were investigated and resolved, and neither was for discrimination.

How we govern

This is what’s behind our decisions:

  • A global Code of Ethics and policies on human rights, non-discrimination, anti-corruption and workplace harassment.
  • An external audit of our financial statements every year.
  • A Board of Directors with Audit, Finance, Talent and ESG committees.
  • Confidential and anonymous reporting channels.

In addition, nearly seven out of ten suppliers are based in Colombia and Mexico, because we believe in growing alongside local businesses.

This report is our way of telling how we work. If you’d like to see all the data, you can download the full version.
