Convertia’s Internal Information Channel

In accordance with Law 2/2023, Convertia has an Internal Information System (SII) and therefore incorporates an Internal Information Channel. This Channel aims to facilitate the communication of violations committed in a work or professional context. Convertia’s Internal Information Channel is managed following the guidelines and principles established in our Internal Information System (SII) Policy. Among others, the key principles include truthfulness, security, confidentiality, proportionality, objectivity, respect for the guarantees of the parties involved and applicable regulations, as well as the importance of the informant acting in good faith and with honesty that harmful acts have occurred or may occur.

Communications to Convertia’s Internal Information Channel

Communications made through Convertia’s Internal Information Channel form can be submitted in writing or verbally, or both, using the form accessible through the following link. Communications received through the Internal Information Channel will be processed in accordance with the Procedure for Managing Communications Received in the Internal Information Channel. As indicated in said Procedure, communications may be made anonymously. Data management in the Internal Information System (SII) is administered by INTELLIGENT CUSTOMER ACQUISITION SLU acting as the data controller. The purpose is to collect and process information related to Convertia’s Internal Information Channel and Law 2/2023. Implementation Date: December 4, 2023.
